SHIPPING

All confirmed orders made before 6pm mountain time are shipped the following day.  All shipments are inspected and free of damages.  Invision also re-enforces all shipments leaving from our warehouse.  Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery, depending on location.  Special orders may take 4 to 12 weeks.  Freight charges will be quoted upon the confirmation of an order, but are subject to changes.  Unless otherwise requested at the time of your order is placed, Invision Auto Imports will ship by the common ground carrier that we deem safest, quickest and most economical. 

 

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT

Damage claims, whether open or concealed, must be made with the freight carrier and Invision.  When shipping your parts we use extreme care so that they will arrive intact. 

We inspect all parts from the manufacturer/suppliers to insure that it is free of damage.

Invision also repackage all parts to reduce the risk of damages during shipment.

NEVER refuse a shipment because it appears broken or seems to be missing parts.

You must accept the shipment, note the problem on the freight bill, and have the driver sign it.

Notify both the freight carrier and Invision Auto Imports / Invision Auto Distributions as soon as possible.  Any damages or shortages must be reported within three (3) working days from delivery.

 

TERMS

INVISION AUTO IMPORTS and INVISION AUTO DISTRIBUTIONS may supply products that have been and intended for off-highway application, which may never be used on public roads and highways. There are laws that prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, headlight units, and electrical components are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned unless otherwise stated. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
